Eyesenhardtia texana, Texas Kidneywood

Large, airy shrub to 10'. Tiny, sticky compound leaves are topped with very fragrant white flowers in early summer, followed by small seedpods. Larval host for the Dogface Butterfly, and aromatic flowers provide nectar to many species of butterflies and bees.
