Quercus graciliformis, Graceful Oak

A native Texas oak with a small range, mostly all within the Chisos Mountains. Highly serrated, glossy leaves with slender, arching branches give this member of the red oak family an interesting and unique appearance. 

This is a great tree for a smaller area, as it does not attain the sizes of Live Oaks or Monterrey Oaks. 25' is its mature height.
